BABIES IF YOU LOOK LIKE THIS GIRL THINKS SHE DOES, THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH THAT. Y’ALL ARE BEAUTIFUL. SERIOUSLY, LOOK AT HER HOURGLASS FIGURE, THAT IS AMAZING.

If you starve yourself into looking like she does in reality, that is Not Okay. Eat something, don’t force yourself to throw it up. You’re hurting your body and your brain and your making all your hormones confused, and that’s hardly fair, all they want to do is keep you alive. 

If you want to make a lifestyle change for the healthy that would happen to reduce your overall body fat and increase muscle mass, that is fine, so long as you do it because you want to be healthy, not look like a prisoner of war. 

And if you’d rather sit at home and snack on some cheetos while watching Say Yes to the Dress, then that is okay too.

But starving yourself is not. Ever.
